The Seminole Club of NYC's official football game watching venue for the 2010 season is Saloon, a spacious bar on the Upper East Side that offers plenty of room for everyone to comfortably enjoy the games. And for highly attended games, we use the connecting bar next door to ensure enough space for our large group. The area boasts the famed Carl Schurz Park built in 1910 with a rich history dating back to the Revolutionary War. Overlooking the east river, the park is home to Gracie Mansion, the residence of NYC's mayors since 1942, hosting overnight guests including John Quincy Adams. Strolling through the park, you will also find Charles Haffen's sculpture of Peter Pan created for a fountain in the lobby of the old Paramount Theatre and Carl's small and large dog runs. Also in the area is the 5.5 acre athletic and fitness complex Asphalt Green.

Saloon is partly owned by a proud FSU graduate who ensures our time there is complete with an authentic Seminole game-time atmosphere. And because the bar is not centrally located, the owner will reimburse cab fare coming from within Manhattan in drink tokens (the full amount up to $20). Just simply show your receipt at the front door and Saloon will present you with in drink tokens to use toward your drink order.
